Returns & Exchanges

At Billy Reid, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our clothing and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid UPS shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
